The Chef

I am a New York–based chef, born and raised in Thailand, with a lifelong passion for bringing people together through food. My journey into the culinary world was anything but ordinary—it began on the stage. For years, I worked in theatre, where I learned the art of storytelling, the importance of timing, and how to create an atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression. These same skills now define my approach to cooking: every menu has a narrative, every dish is a scene, and every dining experience is a performance that engages all the senses.

After moving to New York, I formalized my training at the International Culinary Center in Soho, where I mastered classic techniques and broadened my understanding of global cuisines. I went on to work in professional kitchens and eventually became a restaurateur, managing concepts that combined authentic flavors with modern presentation. These experiences deepened my respect for ingredients, sharpened my creativity, and gave me the skills to balance artistry with precision.

Today, I offer a range of services tailored to both private and professional clients:

My cooking is deeply influenced by my Thai heritage, my travels, and my belief that food is one of the most powerful ways to connect people. I value the harmony of flavors, the beauty of presentation, and the joy that comes from sharing a table.
